FAQs

Q. What are the exclusive events that are part of my membership?

A. Member events will be announced throughout the year. We will send event details to members via email. Please ensure your email address is current by making a profile. When you made your donation, you should have received an email with a link to update/change your profile if necessary.

Q. How will I receive my member gifts?

A. You will receive an email when your gifts are ready to be picked up. Your Friends logo car magnet (all levels) and YETI (BFF level) can be picked up at the office of the Lake Forest Recreation Center during regular hours. Please bring a form of ID.

4th of July Tickets (BF level) and VIP passes + parking pass (BFF level) can also be picked up at the same location, starting at the end of June. BF and BFF members will be contacted by email when tickets are ready to be picked up. If you are unable to retrieve your tickets ahead of time, you may also pick them up the day of the 4th at the VIP tent. Please be prepared to show a form of ID.

Q. If I sign up after July 4, does this mean the 4th of July tickets or VIP tickets won't be included with my membership?

A. Your membership is valid for 12 months from the day you sign up. If you sign up after July 4 in a given year, you will receive your 4th of July tickets or VIP passes for the upcoming 4th of July event. However, in order to ensure enough time for processing and facilitation of tickets, you must sign up for membership by July 3 to receive tickets or VIP passes for the 2024 4th of July event. Any memberships purchased after this date will receive tickets for the 2025 4th of July event.
